T&Cs of Use

Please read through this overview of the rules and etiquette that visitors should adhere to when visiting The Paddocks.

  • Drive slowly and carefully when entering and exiting the property in your vehicle

  • Park only in the car park area provided (behind the double garage) and walk up to the paddock with dog/s on a lead

  • We ask that you do not arrive more than 5 minutes earlier than your allocated session time, and to please keep your dog/s in the car until the previous visitor has left

  • You MUST have left the premises or at least have your dog safely in the car by the time the next hour is due to commence to avoid any overlap with other visitors

  • If you arrive late then be advised that you will not be able to extend your time slot and must still vacate once the hour is up.

  • Close all gates behind you as you enter and exit the property

  • Please feel free to bring any toys, balls, agility or training equipment with you but make sure to take them home with you at the end of the session.

  • Please clear up after your dog and only use the compostable poo bags that are provided on site if you are going to dispose of dog waste in the bin that we provide.

  • NO SMOKING is permitted anywhere on site

  • Slots are allocated by the hour and this includes the time it takes to arrive and depart with your dog/s. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to manage your time to ensure that you do not overlap into the next session.

  • Please respect that this is a private residential property- no trespassing into unauthorised areas is permitted.

  • Do not leave any rubbish on site- a general rubbish bin is provided  for you in the stable.

  • If your dog has shown any sign of being unwell in the past 48 hrs such as diarrhoea or vomiting, then please do not enter the paddocks or use any of the facilities. You should keep your dog at home, and you are welcome to re-book once he/she is well again.

  • It is strongly recommended that all dogs are up to date with flea, tick, and worming treatments. Please seek advice from your vet if you are unsure

  • Please report any safety issues or concerns such as damaged fencing or holes in the ground to us as soon as possible

  • Please be considerate and tidy, leave all areas as you found them.
